Can I have my order delivered to another country?
Yes. We deliver to more than 40 countries, worldwide. Select your desired country for delivery at checkout, and you will see which shipping options apply to the destination of your choice.
When will I receive my order?
After payment, our warehouse will process your order within 1-2 business days. The standard delivery time within the EU is 20-28 business days, and 20- 40 to other parts of the world. The estimated delivery date and tracking details are provided when the order is shipped from our warehouse.
Do you offer samples for your products?
With over 10,000 designs in our assortment, it is simply not possible for us to provide samples or swatches for our rugs. All of our carpets are one of a kind.
How do I return the carpet I received?
Please contact us within 14 days for instructions on how to return your carpets.
I have old carpets, would you buy them?
Unfortunately, we are not in a position to purchase old carpets.
