Shipping:
Store to door shipping to any location within the United States is complimentary(*). Customs, duties and taxes are also included. Our distribution is done directly from our New Jersey, USA or Istanbul, Turkey warehouses. Your order will arrive within 5 to 19 business days depending on which warehouse the sold merchandise is shipped from.
Any place outside of the United States, the shipment is also complimentary(**). Taxes and fees will be paid by the buyer in their respected countries.

Authenticity certificates:
Every handmade carpet comes with a certificate of authenticity with full details about its origin and characteristics. The certificate is mailed to our clients on the same day the order is shipped.

We use Stripe for secure credit card processing. Bank transfers:
You can transfer the money directly to our bank account after checkout. You have to pay the full amount within 5 days or your order will be discarded. Please include your order number when paying. We will process your order after your payment has been received.
Return policy:
Returns can be initiated within 7 days of delivery by contacting us. Notification of a return should be made within 7 days of receipt of the item. The cost of a returned item shall be paid by the buyer. When sending a carpet back it is the client’s responsibility to be sure the carpet arrives in an undamaged condition. As the rug is received with no damage it is a full refund back to clients credit card. If you need to return your rug, just send us an email at info@carpetonline.co

When placing an order you accept that carpetonline.co will store the information we need to complete the handling of your order. We will not give any personal information to any third party.
